Based on my survey findings, I decided to create a customer empathy map to further analyse the thoughts of 16-25 year olds and their banking habits. This exercise is really useful in order to remind myself that I am creating an app to cater to the needs of and solve the problems of Gen Zers when it comes to finance.

Reflection ⭐️

At this point, I think that money management will be the main goal surrounding my app. I feel as though it is crucial to learn how to manage money at this age as when a user income grows once they leave this demographic, they will be equipped with the knowledge and habits to manage their income in a thoughtful way.
