I did this sticky note ideation exercise to focus my ideas. I asked myself, what does the perfect dating app look like / do. This was extremely helpful in helping me asses what features and aspects of user experience I should focus on to create an improved dating app UX.
I created a mind map of the potential features that a smart watch dating app would have, taking inspiration from the previous ideation exercise. I felt this was very useful to sort my ideas into themes.
At this point, I felt confident that I could establish a user journey to base my screens off of. I condensed all of the positive features I had ideated previously and applied them to a real life scenario to see how that would look.
This was very useful to translate my user journey into something more visual. Although these initial sketches are very much rough around the edges, they are useful to show the ways in which the user interface would display each step of the user journey.
