I decided to create 4 mind maps with typical CV headings to begin and collate my experience in a more organised way.
<aside> ⭐ REFLECTION: I found it really useful to flesh out my professional experience mind map with the skills I had gained through them, specifically more soft skills. This hopefully will serve me further when it comes to interview stages as I have drawn these clear links between my experience and the skills I have gained.

<aside> ⭐ REFLECTION: I feel quite confident after creating these mind maps that I have enough content to produce a CV. In fact, I now realise that I am going to have to taper down some of this content. This is no bad thing as it allows me to be selective about the content I choose to include in my CV, making sure it is most relevant to the UX industry.
